CMHC MLI Select
Whole-building assessment, baseline and proposed modelling, upgrade scenarios, energy and GHG comparison, and technical documentation support for qualifying new or existing multi-unit projects. This work is most useful when considered before a purchase, refinancing or major capital commitment.
Save on Energy Retrofit Program
Identification of potentially eligible HVAC, heat-pump, control and other retrofit measures, with technical information organized for pre-project review where applicable.
Clean Technology ITC
Potential tax-credit treatment may be reviewed for qualifying heat-pump or clean-technology capital equipment. PWH can organize equipment and project information; final tax eligibility must be confirmed by the owner’s tax advisor.
Financing & Phasing
Upgrade measures can be grouped into immediate, near-term and later phases so owners can coordinate equipment replacement, available incentives, lender requirements and capital budgets.
Program rules and funding availability can change. Final eligibility, financing terms, incentive amounts and tax treatment are determined by the applicable program, lender and the owner’s professional advisors.
